**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist external bookkeeping company on a daily basis with AP/AR, payroll and accounting
- information requests and ensure adherence to month end timelines.
- Assist external accounts payable team with aged creditors and vendor reconciliations.
- Generate & distribute accurate weekly Sales, GP and Wage reporting for all business channels.
- Assist in budget preparation and monitoring by collecting and analysing financial data.
- Assist in ad-hoc financial analysis and projects as assigned by the Financial Controller, Directors or Management team.
- Collaborate with other departments to gather financial information and support cross-functional projects.
- Assist with end of day banking processes and reporting for all business channels.
- Provide FC cashflow administration support and reconciliations for all channels.
- Update and maintain fixed asset registers as required.
- Assist FC with managing any ongoing lease requirements and renewals.
- Assist Operations Manager with streamlining processes & systems management.
- Assist with New staff Onboarding, including maintaining rates and setup on timekeeping systems.
- Assist with leasing & operational requirements for new store openings.
- Provide and maintain information on insurance policies, renewals and Workcover.
- Provide monthly stocktake support and processing of stock counts.
- Maintain IP trade collateral / information.
- Assist with POS/warehousing system implementations to finance systems.
- Provide sales, inventory & KPI reporting for Operations & Business Managers.
- Support Directors & Business Managers with administration and information requests to assist with planning and decision making as well as other adhoc projects & tasks as required.
- General HR administration & payroll support.

**Qualifications**:

- 2+ years’ experience in a finance administration or AP/AR role.
- Experience with MS Office suite including mid level Excel skills.
- Experience in Xero or other accounting software an advantage.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial reporting.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Sound judgment and problem-solving skills.
- Customer-focused attitude, with high level of professionalism and discretion.
- Clear and effective communication.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive financial information with integrity.

**How to Apply**:
**Salary**: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
