The Company

Our client is a leading organisation in the mining and resources sector, committed to delivering high-quality outcomes across multiple sites. They are seeking an experienced HR professional to join their team and make an immediate impact.

The Appointment

As the HR Business Partner, you will take ownership of managing employee relations HR matters across operational sites. Your duties will include, but not be limited to:

  • Managing employee relations matters and HR casework in collaboration with key stakeholders
  • Providing HR advice aligned with Australian HR legislation, company policies, and procedures

The Appointee

The ideal candidate will be an experienced HR professional with proven case management and confidence in handling complex HR matters. You will thrive in a fast-paced environment, providing sound, pragmatic HR advice across multiple sites. To provide immediate impact, the successful candidate will:  

  • Hold a Bachelor's degree in business, commerce, HR management, or related discipline
  • Have previous experience as a HR Business Partner, ideally within mining, resources, or similar sectors
  • Possess a solid understanding of Australian HR legislation and employee relations matters
  • Foster positive working relationships through strong interpersonal skills
