**About the Role**

A 12 month fixed term contract opportunity exists for an experienced HR Business Partner to join their fun and hard-working HR team to manage their own portfolio (either the healthcare services or aviation portfolio).

It is a end-to-end HR generalist opportunity, consisting of both hands-on HR, as well as collaboratively developing and executing HR strategy, partnering closely with leaders and specialists to bring this to life - think; leadership capability, employee engagement, wellness, to name a few areas of focus.

**About You**

You will be an experienced HR Business Partner/HR Manager who is looking to truly partner with the wider business across the full spectrum of HR, so important you possess robust HR generalist experience.

Healthcare and/or Aviation industry experience very highly regarded. It is essential you possess NFP experience.
