Are you a seasoned recruiter with a passion for mentoring? ACESGroup is seeking an experienced Recruiter to lead and inspire our recruitment team

This is a 100% office-based role at our conveniently located Redfern Services Support Centre, right in the vibrant Sydney CBD and just a short walk from public transport.

**What You’ll Do**:

- **Drive Recruitment Success**: Proactively source top talent through diverse channels and innovative methods to fuel our growth.
- **Enhance Our Reputation**: Build and maintain a stellar reputation as a supportive and efficient recruiter, ensuring a seamless hiring process.
- **Collaborate and Achieve**: Work closely with our recruitment team to hit key targets and meet objectives effectively.
- Optimize Recruitment: Develop, get approval for, and publish engaging job ads within set turnaround times.
- **Measure and Report**: Design and produce detailed recruitment performance reports to track and celebrate our successes.
- **Adapt and Conquer**: Take on any additional tasks as required with a proactive and flexible approach.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- **Experience**: Over 3 years of recruitment expertise, ideally within security or blue-collar sectors, with a background in bulk/mass recruitment.
- **Leadership**: Proven experience in leading and mentoring a team with exceptional communication skills and a professional phone manner.
- **Process Mastery**: Highly organised with strong time management skills, and the ability to quickly learn and follow company procedures.
- **Relationship Builder**: Ability to establish and maintain positive relationships both internally and externally.
- **Pressure Performer**: Skilled at working under pressure, managing priorities, and meeting deadlines.
