Course Creator On Openlearning

**Responsibilities**:

- **Course Design and Development**:

- Design and develop comprehensive online courses on the OpenLearning platform, aligning with learning objectives and target audience.
- Create engaging and interactive learning content, including videos, quizzes, assignments, discussions, and other learning activities.
- Utilize the full range of OpenLearning features and tools to maximize learner engagement and interaction.
- Develop clear and concise learning outcomes, assessment criteria, and course outlines.
- Ensure all course materials are accurate, up-to-date, and accessible.

- **OpenLearning Platform Expertise**:

- Demonstrate a strong understanding of the OpenLearning platform's functionalities, capabilities, and best practices.
- Effectively utilize OpenLearning's tools for content creation, community building, assessment, and learner tracking.
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to the OpenLearning platform.
- Stay up-to-date with OpenLearning platform updates and new features.

- Communicate effectively with team members and provide regular updates on project progress.
- Incorporate feedback and revisions as needed.
- **Quality Assurance**:

- Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance checks to ensure courses are error-free and function as intended.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in creating and developing online courses on the OpenLearning platform.
- Strong understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning theory.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in using multimedia tools for content creation.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Portfolio of courses created on OpenLearning that can be reviewed.
