Nawabi is a premium Indian Pakistani restaurant in the heart of Surry Hills, blending rich Mughal-inspired flavours with a modern high-end dining experience. Our vision is to become one of Sydney’s most talked-about restaurants — where guests not only dine but immerse themselves in culture, taste, and story.

**Job Purpose**:
This is a dual-role position focused on driving marketing performance and managing day-to-day restaurant operations. You will work directly with the founder to grow Nawabi into a household name, ensure smooth front-of-house function, and lead campaigns to boost bookings, group reservations, and brand awareness.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Marketing -**
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns (Instagram, Meta Ads, SMS, EDMs)
- Manage content creation: reels, stories, behind-the-scenes, influencer collaborations
- Monitor engagement, track metrics, and optimise for virality and reach
- Respond to DMs, comments, and online reviews promptly and professionally
- Liaise with photographers, videographers, and graphic designers

**Operations & Management -**
- Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations in coordination with the chef and front-of-house staff
- Manage bookings (walk-ins, online reservations, group/corporate events)
- Ensure excellent guest experience and handle customer feedback
- Train and supervise FOH staff on service standards and systems
- Support in rostering, inventory tracking, and vendor communication

**Requirements**:

- Experience in hospitality, marketing, or restaurant management (minimum 2 years)
- Passion for hospitality, food, and customer service is a MUST
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills
- Creative mindset with attention to detail
- Strong understanding of Instagram, Reels, and viral content trends
- Experience using tools like Canva, Meta Ads Manager, Mailchimp (preferred)

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
