**What the opportunity looks like**

LADbible Australia is looking for an agile, strategic, and capable Production Lead. This role will be working cross-functionally with editorial, social, creative, commercial and Product & Project departments.

In this role, you will be:

- Spearheading our production outputs for commercial branded content, social video and original formats.
- Managing a dedicated production team as well as a pool of freelancers as needed.
- Working with commercial, creative and P&P departments to respond to commercial briefs and provide accurate production costs while maintaining profitability for LADbible.
- Contributing to content ideation in commercial briefings and working closely with leading strategists to bring to life creative direction on shoot days
- Ensuring all commercial shoots are executed seamlessly by your team, while adhering to best practices and Covid-safety regulations
- Exploring relationships with our UK team to bring original franchises to our Australian channels while adhering to LADbible branding
- Researching new formats and production opportunities that can be strategically implemented into LADbible’s commercial offering
- Liaising and pitching LADbible Australia productions and content to streaming partners

**Skills and experience we’d like you to have**
- Senior-level production experience with an emphasis on producing social-first content
- Solutions-focused and experience managing and leading a team with a positive and inspiring mentality
- Strong understanding of media law and production processes
- Experience and knowledge within sound, motion and graphic design
- A strong awareness and understanding of current market trends and a curiosity to go above and beyond
- Strong ability to manage internal senior stakeholders
- Strong ability to engage external stakeholders and represent LADbible Australia when needed
- Experience working with commercial budgets and meeting deadlines
- Excellent written, presentation and communication skills
