**What you’ll be doing**

Reporting to the Training Manager - CRM you’ll be involved in:

- Delivery of training plans and packages for AgentboxCRM and Digital
- Maintaining an in-depth understanding of Agentbox CRM and Digital Suite functionality and industry best practices, sharing knowledge and insights with the team
- Documentation: Maintain accurate documentation of processes in Confluence.
- Content Creation: support the content creation function either by production of materials as per team standards, or by consultation with content creation team
- Delivery: deliver training as per scoped programs and guidelines. Support training and business revenue goals by fostering repeat business. Encourage adoption of REAPIT product suite through effective training programs
- Personal Development: participate in PDP or other development activities in order to maintain knowledge of REAPIT products, industry trends and training skills
- Team Development and Process Improvement: participate in team development activities and operational rhythm. Identify opportunities for improvement and contribute to projects aimed at continuous improvement

- Experience in the Proptech, Retail or B2B software industries
- Proven evidence of meeting and exceeding customer-focused business metrics
- Evidence of success working within cross-functional teams
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective interaction with teams and stakeholders.
- Self-driven and proactive, with a demonstrated
- ability to initiate action and drive results.
- Well organised with proven ability to meet timelines.
- Experienced with managing training or client meetings

**What your impact and success looks like**

As a Junior Training Consultant, we expect your success and impact in the early stages of your career with us to look something like this:
Within 1 month:

- Managing client communications and administration
- Commenced delivery of basic training plans as per PDP

Within 3 months:

- Managing end to end training plans for smaller / low risk clients
- Delivering onboarding walk throughs for new clients
- Starting to show KPI delivery

Within 6 months:

- Able to work end to end on Agentbox CRM including implementing small and large clients
- Managing training for existing clients on an adhoc basis
- Working on Agentbox Digital
