We’re looking for a Project Administrator to join our Installation team in Melbourne in this position you will support the installation team during the installation process. This includes updating the schedules and milestones, preparing inspection documentation, and handling the project review reporting.

We are seeking to evolve this position into a graduate type of role, however, at this point we want someone with professional experience. This role has strong potential of becoming a Site Manager, Business Consultant etc.

What will you be doing?
- Provides the personal link to Installation Department in the absence of the Supervisor required by a customer.
- Prepares documentation for final installation
- Registers handovers to customer and maintenance.
- Responsible for ensuring important communications are sent to customers and suppliers when requested by Supervisors who may not have access to either relevant information.
- Ensuring supervisors are aware of timely reporting requirements, schedules and meetings set by the Installation manager.
- Collating end of project documentation for submission to Customer, Maintenance and Archives.

What are we looking for?
- Prior working experience in an allied industry
- Basic technical understanding
- Experience from construction industry or elevator industry is an asset.
- Experience in inter-office and customer communications
- Basic knowledge of filing systems
