This company is a leading provider of high-quality sheet metal processing equipment such as machine cutting and folding solutions across Australia and New Zealand.
Their team offer a full-service platform to their customers from sales, installation, training, service, and support of sheet metal working machinery.
**POSITION**
This business is seeking an organized and detail-oriented individual to join their team as an Administration Officer. In this role, you will provide administration support to both the sales and service departments. This role is vital for the smooth-running of the business.
- Answering phone calls, taking messages, and re-directing calls
- Liaising and efficiently interacting with a wide range of customers, suppliers, and internal staff
- Invoicing and preparation of quotes
- Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable duties
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Updating Xero and DEAR with customer and suppliers' details
- Organize travel and accomodation for staff as well as any other EA duties

**EXPERIENCE REQUIRED**
To be considered for this position it is vital that you have the below:
