**THE OPPORTUNITY**
Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced, and highly motivated Project Administrator to join the team based in our Head Office in Brendale, QLD. In this role, you will provide essential administrative support to ensure the seamless planning and execution of our projects, contributing to the success of our cutting-edge racking system installations.
**QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE**
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a project coordination, administration, or related role, ideally within the construction or installation industry.
- Relevant qualifications in project management, business administration, or equivalent work experience.
- Proficiency with project management tools and software, such as Microsoft Project, Excel, or similar platforms.
- Knowledge of workplace health and safety standards, including possession of a White Card.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities to meet project deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with clients, contractors, and team members.
**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**
The main responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:
- Oversee and coordinate the development and implementation of project plans, ensuring clear communication of project details to both internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Establish and maintain effective project management processes, focusing on scope management, quality assurance, and identifying potential risks throughout the project lifecycle.
- Monitor project progress, tracking timelines and resource allocation to ensure the efficient execution of each phase.
- Provide detailed reporting on project performance, identifying challenges or issues and escalating them appropriately to ensure timely resolution.
- Foster and manage relationships with third-party contractors and resources, ensuring alignment with project objectives and timelines.
- Provide general administrative support to the office, assisting with tasks as required to maintain smooth day-to-day operations.
- Undertake additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Director, contributing to the overall success of the business.
