**What will you be doing?**
You will be reviewing data generated daily using multiple tools, changing the coding placement & other attribution for our datasets in our UK team. This will be done based on a set of excel & word-based rules as well as other coding criteria. A high level of recall and the ability to relate the word-based rules across multiple rulebooks, for multiple clients, will be required. You will also be completing various other BAU tasks as well as change requests sent by the clients whose data you will be responsible for.
**Responsibilities**:
- Reviewing coded items based on rules set for client hierarchy’s in product categories you maintain
- Efficiently researching product categories and clients to acquire general knowledge for the categories you manage
- Identifying bugs, fixes, ideas, enhancements related to processes and procedures
- Assisting with UAT, upgrades or enhancements and providing clear feedback of outcomes
- Ensuring all communication regarding your data sources are accurate and on time
- Building relationships across all departments, including business technology and client service teams which report on data reviewed each day
- Attend all identified training sessions and demonstrate adopted skills or behaviours following training
- Demonstrate understanding of requirements for change requests and data queries
- Demonstrate knowledge of client deliverables and their use in industry
**Requirements**:
- Tertiary qualification in Business, Commerce, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Analytics or similar (preferred)
- Experience working in a similar role or environment (preferred)
- Intermediate to Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Sharepoint, Power Automate)
- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Ability to work in a team and individually
- Attention to detail, organisational and time management skills
