**Your Team**

The purpose of our Merchandise Planning team is to improve the customer purchasing experience by ensuring product is available for customers either in store or online in the right location at the right time whilst focusing on improving inventory efficiencies and delivering commercial outcomes for the business.

**Your Role**

This role is a central part of our team and will ensure the seamless operations of Buying & Merchandising. You will implement improvements to key merchandise reports and provide data and analytics to support the Merchandise planning team in driving the business. Along with providing quality and trusted information, accuracy of systems, and data, you will also be the central point for related enquiries.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Administer the budget and monthly forecast processes, including report creation, updates, distribution and in system approvals
- Pre and post OTB, forecast set up and forecast finalisation
- Maintenance of data integrity identifying and resolving discrepancies
- Track and communicate any BI system or Data related issues and work for swift resolution
- Update and maintain reporting suites
- Enquiry management
- Sourcing data from reporting systems for analysis
- Providing insights on key KPI metrics

**About you**

In addition, you will also have:

- A passion for Data and problem solving
- Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail
- Excellent influencing and stakeholder management skills
- BI/reporting systems experience - essential
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills - essential
- Data Warehouse experience - preferable
