Our client is a well renowned creative experiential agency that specialises in producing an array of events. From community, to sporting, pop-culture and tech, no two days are the same. You will be part of a talented team delivering memorable events and brand experiences nation wide.

As a fully-remote work opportunity, you will work closely with the Melbourne + QLD teams to deliver your events.

This opportunity is open to being a 6-month contract or a permanent full-time opportunity

**The role**:

- Oversee logistics of events both virtual and live
- Regular team meetings and preparation / management of WIP notes, agendas and schedules
- Concept ideation
- Budget management
- Custom build management
- Invoice and PO tracking and management
- Maintain and develop strong supplier relationships, negotiate best rates
- Create detailed project plans, timelines and schedules
- Manage crew, speaker and supplier travel and logistics
- Manage graphic and content for virtual events
- Attend virtual and live events for show period
- Lead onsite teams
- Venue research, bookings and liaison for live events
- Experience in an agency background
- Must be able to manage an event from beginning to end
- A solution oriented mindset
- Experience to draw on in decision making skills
- Exceptional attention to detail is a must
- Ability to be a strong support to the production team
- Strong client and supplier relationship skills
- Excellent communication, presentation and time management
- Proactive and able to make decisions
- A creative flare to add to the team
