Hours: Part-time (flexible, approx. 10-15 hours per week)

About Us

Little Wildling Co is an organic herbal tea brand with a rebellious edge. We believe in creating bold, beautiful, and botanically powered blends that stand out. But here’s the thing—I’m running three businesses, and I need someone to take the reins on Little Wildling Co to help it grow and thrive.

This role is perfect for someone who’s part strategist, part doer, and all about making things happen. If you love wearing multiple hats, working in a fast-paced environment, and making a real impact, keep reading.

What You’ll Be Doing:
Creative, Marketing & Brand Presence
- Social Media Support - Assisting with IG Stories, TikTok, Facebook, and any fun, spontaneous content (we already have an agency, but we need extra love here).
- Events & Activations - Helping plan and execute pop-ups, collaborations, and events that bring the brand to life.
- Assisting with PR, influencer out reach and deliveries

Operations & Logistics
- Warehouse & Order Management - Packing and shipping orders with care, tracking inventory, and ensuring everything runs smoothly.
- Supplier Relations - Researching and sourcing new suppliers for packaging and ingredients to improve quality and margins.
- Invoices & Admin - Managing invoices, tracking payments, and keeping things organized.

Sales & Growth
- Wholesale Expansion - Actively reaching out to new stockists (cafés, studios, Airbnbs, hotels, boutiques, and beyond).
- Customer Relationships - Nurturing current wholesale and retail customers, handling inquiries, and ensuring top-tier service.
- Community Building - Engaging with our customers and partners to foster brand love and loyalty.

- Organized, efficient, and able to juggle multiple tasks at once.
- Confident in sales and relationship-building—you love talking to people and closing deals.
- Passionate about wellness, herbal tea, and lifestyle brands.
- Hands-on and happy to roll up your sleeves, whether it’s packing orders, brainstorming a marketing campaign, or reaching out to a new stockist.
- Social media savvy with an eye for creating engaging content.
- Experience in Xero and Shopify

Salary is negotiable and will be reflective of qualifications and past experience.

How to Apply:
**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $30.00 - $36.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 15 per week

Supplementary Pay:

- Commission
- Performance bonus
