**Your new role**

As the Strata Manager, you will be responsible for the effective and efficient operation of Body Corporate Management, ensuring the highest levels of service and accuracy are achieved. Duties will include but not limited to:

- Prepare invoices for payment
- Process quote requests
- Process work orders
- Arrange meetings
- Attend meetings
- Prepare meeting minutes for processing
- Liaise with Lot owners
- Liaise with Committees
- Prepare correspondence
- Maintain pending files
- Prepare insurance claims
- Maintain Body Corporate records

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Minimum 2 years administrative experience
- A driving licence is essential.
- Knowledge of or ability to learn relevant Body Corporate legislation
- Organisation, planning and time management skills
- Effective computer skills
- Very good written literacy and mathematical skills
- Able to accurately transcribe information
- Able to proofread and check for errors
- Problem-solving skills
- Multitasking and multi-focus ability
- Effective communication skills
