We are a well known medium sized business, based on the Sunshine Coast, and service clients throughout Queensland.  This is a fantastic opportunity to join a company that has an excellent reputation and an exceptional client retention record.

  • You have excellent communication skills
  • You are a friendly, positive, capable person and you pride yourself on your work ethic
  • You are able to work responsibly in a largely unsupervised environment
  • You feel you would be able to confidently liaise with  the likes of clients, lawyers, developers and fellow colleagues
  • You have a sound understanding of the Body Corporate legislation and compliance
  • You have a Cert IV in Strata Community Management or SCA ~A100 (preferred but not essential)
  • You love people and creating meaningful relationships
  • You enjoy being part of a team and working with other people
