SSKB is a privately owned strata management company with offices throughout the East Coast of Australia.

As body corporate managers (both residential and commercial) we provide administrative services to our client buildings by assisting committee members and owners with the day-to-day administration of their body corporate.

Our Gold Coast/Brisbane strata team is looking to foster and develop someone who may already be interested in the property industry or who loves administration and being organised.

Commencing as an Administrative/Strata Assistant, we will provide you with career stability, growth, and ongoing development opportunities.

If you are interested in completing a Certificate IV Property Development or Business Administration, we will mentor and support you through those studies.

**The Position**

You will be providing support to the strata team in areas such as:

- Drafting correspondence
- Ensuring building information including registers and office bearers are up to date
- Raising the level of client satisfaction whilst developing working relationships with Committee Members and Building Managers.
- Building and maintaining professional relationships throughout the business
- And much more

**About You**

You may have some office administration experience, or studied business in school, and are looking for a long-term stable career. You will have a positive attitude where ‘nothing is a problem’ and a focus on teamwork to ensure deadlines are met. You will have:

- A professional and friendly manner
- The willingness to learn about Strata Management and general office functions
- Excellent communication skills
- A high level of attention to detail and accuracy
- Exceptional time management skills
- A highly motivated attitude
- The ability work hard, but also have fun
