**The Company**:
Our client provides a broad range of property services to several large and small Strata Management, Strata Brokers, Owners Corporations and Property Managers across Australia. As the scale and volume of Strata projects become increasingly larger, the importance of innovative systems and services becomes more concrete. As the most robust service provider for Strata, they provide a full suite of service delivery with state-of-the-art system technologies and project methodologies, all of which are administered via a single point of contact.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Engage, coordinate & manage trades for strata direct projects
- Communicate & negotiate with trades to track the progress of jobs
- Liaise between strata managers & owners
- Provide regular repair progress updates to customers
- Coordinate access to properties
- Dispute & issue resolution, as required
- Meet SLA & KPI requirements driving performance expectations
- Ensure work conforms to legislative & contractual OHS requirements
- Ensure all inspection, certificates of final inspection & other relevant documentation is signed off

**About You**:

- Ability to supervise residential & commercial projects
- Carpentry / Building Trade Qualification
- Cert IV in Building & Construction / QBCC Site Supervisor Licence
- Excellent communication & customer service skills
- Ability to build effective relationships with both internal & external stakeholders
- Strong customer service skills
- Good work ethic & highly motivated
- Strong computer skills & sound knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
- Familiarity with OHS practices, legislation & regulations
- Ability to manage multiple & competing priorities
- Current & valid motor vehicle licence
