**Your new role**

You will be part of the internal sales team providing daily sales support to customers, both new and existing. Other duties will include:

- Giving quotes to customers and entering orders into the system (ERP)
- End to end order processing management
- Making sure you are keeping up to date with products that are offered
- Adhoc duties including stocktake, pricing, showroom assistant

**What you'll need to succeed**
- At least 1 years’ experience working in a Customer Service or Sales Support
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to problem-solve
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in ERP or any other manufacturing computer system is preferred
- Ability to troubleshoot
- Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident
