Customer Service Opportunity | $65,000 + super | Office based in Norwest | On-site free parking

Our client is a global company that provides high quality services, support and effective delivery of technically advanced products across various industries. You will receive ongoing training with exceptional technical personnel to support your success.

**Your new role**
- General customer service including inbound phone enquiries, preparing sales quotations and processing orders
- Working closely with supporting the team within the scope of organisational policies and procedures.
- Updating customers with ETA's.
- Assist to book travel, medicals, inductions and accommodation for CSE Uniserve team members.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Ideally, customer service, admin or call centre experience.
- Driven and motivated to excel, you will have impressive customer service skills, demonstrated by your ability to form long-term value-add relationships.
- You will need strong written, verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail is a must.

**What you'll get in return**
