**Your new role**

This role is to support the sales team by completing basic quotations, processing customers’ orders, raising purchase orders, managing back orders and handling customer queries.
- Collaborates with managers to ensure that all sales reps and customers have quotes, sales orders and related purchase orders promptly processed
- Track, monitor and action back orders and forward orders relative to stock on hand and in-bound shipments.
- Identifying and fulfilling customer needs to achieve satisfaction.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Customer service and contact centre experience
- Experience in order processing is desired, however not essential
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Positive and proactive mindset
- Experience prioritising rapidly changing demands
- Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite required
- Familiarity with enterprise resource planning systems (ERP), preferably iScala, is advantageous
