Less tax = more take home pay for you - In addition to your tax-free benefit, you can also use up to $2,650 of your pre-tax income to pay for entertainment expenses (meals, holiday accommodation etc.) - An Employee Assistance Program - a free and confidential counselling service available to all staff and their family members - Discounts on Corporate Private Health Insurance Plans, whitegoods and appliances - Paid Parental Leave and Salary Continuance - Free flu vaccinations - Onsite café, onsite parking (where available) and close to public transport **A little bit about the role**: As the Endeavour Foundation continues to grow and support the community and workplace as a leading disability service provider, we have an exciting opportunity for an **DAAP Contract Manager** - Evaluating and reporting on the effectiveness of DAAP program activities to ensure employees and supported personnel (including sub-contractors) are given maximum opportunities to enhance their skills and verify alignment with required NDIS employment and DAAP Program outcomes. - Monitoring and reporting potential hazards, and work-related incidents, injuries and/or illness to Endeavour Foundation and Defence Representatives. - Monitoring, and reviewing site safety plans to minimize incidents and manage exposure to hazards - Evaluating the consistency of service delivery experience (including subcontractors) - Tracking and reporting on all required training for all DAAP Team members - Auditing and recording Disability Support Officers qualifications and security clearances - Supporting workforce planning at sites, monitoring absences and forecasting workforce needs to ensure consistent program delivery - Identify and reporting issues which may affect the Contractor’s ability to provide the Services and escalate to the DAAP Program Manager **What will you bring**: - Experience in the Disability sector - Tertiary qualification in relevant discipline including; Business, Community or Social Service (desirable). Financial management skills including general finance and budgeting - Strong communication and stakeholder management skills and the ability to deal with issues of a sensitive nature. - Problem solving skills, to successfully identify problems, develop solutions and implement these using a logical and systematic approach. - Business experience including Profit & Loss accountability - Demonstrated experience in coaching individuals and delivering training, preferably those with disability and individuals that may present with behaviours of harm to achieve set outcomes and desired behaviours within the workplace. - Experience in effectively mitigating and managing tactical and operational risk - Possession of a current driver’s licence, reliable motor vehicle and comprehensive insurance. **How you can apply** Please note, before commencing with Endeavour Foundation and should you be successful, you will be required to undertake a **“Fit2Work” National Criminal History Check.** If this is the opportunity for you, click ‘Apply’ below; we look forward to hearing from you **"We are a 2021 Circle Back Initiative Employer, and we commit to respond to every applicant"
