**Front of House Supervisor - Rumi on Louth (Eyre Peninsula, SA)**

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Front of House Supervisor to join our exceptional team at Rumi on Louth—a remote, off-grid luxury eco-resort located on the pristine Louth Island in South Australia. This is a rare opportunity to deliver elevated guest experiences in one of Australia’s most breathtaking coastal settings.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Lead and support the front-of-house team across dining, bar, and events service
- Deliver warm, seamless and professional service that reflects our brand values
- Supervise daily restaurant and bar operations, including shift planning and floor coordination
- Train new staff and lead by example in guest engagement and service standards
- Handle guest requests and feedback with professionalism and care
- Work closely with the Food & Beverage Manager to maintain standards, inventory, and service flow
- Overnight Supervision (Occasional Requirement):
As part of our commitment to guest care and operational excellence, this role includes occasional overnight stays on the island to oversee evening guest services, manage late check-ins or emergencies, and ensure smooth overnight operations. Accommodation is provided during overnight shifts.

**About You**:

- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a FOH supervisory or team leader role
- Confident in restaurant, bar and event service with a hands-on, proactive style
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Calm and solutions-focused under pressure
- RSA certified (mandatory)
- A passion for hospitality, people and creating memorable moments

**Bonus Points For**:

- Experience in luxury or remote hospitality
- Knowledge of South Australian wines and produce
- Familiarity with Lightspeed, OpenTable or similar POS/reservation systems
- First Aid Certificate
