**Front of House Staff (Bartender / Waitstaff)**

Rumi on Louth is a privately-owned, off-grid luxury eco-resort located on the stunning Louth Island, off the coast of South Australia’s Eyre Peninsula. We’re searching for passionate, guest-focused **Front of House team members** to join our growing hospitality team.

Whether you’re an experienced bartender, a confident floor server, or an all-rounder who thrives in a fast-paced service environment, this is your opportunity to work in one of the most unique and naturally beautiful locations in Australia.

**What You’ll Be Doing**:

- Providing warm, attentive and professional food and beverage service
- Crafting cocktails, serving wine and preparing drinks to a high standard
- Supporting restaurant and bar operations during breakfast, lunch, dinner and private events
- Delivering personalised guest experiences that reflect the relaxed luxury of Rumi on Louth
- Assisting with setup, pack down and maintaining cleanliness and presentation standards

**About You**:

- Experienced in restaurant, bar or resort service (minimum 1-2 years preferred)
- Comfortable with multitasking and working in a team
- Confident, friendly and guest-oriented with excellent communication skills
- Available to work a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays
- Calm, polished and professional—even in a fast-paced environment

**Requirements**:

- RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certification (essential)
- Cocktail and/or wine knowledge (preferred)
- Barista experience (a plus but not essential)
- First Aid certification (desirable)
- Must be eligible to work in Australia
