  • Key Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a premium or casual fine dining environment
  • Sound knowledge of food and wine service
  • Current RSA certification (essential)
  • Professional presentation and excellent communication skills
  • A guest-focused attitude with a genuine passion for hospitality
  • Ability to work flexibly across evenings, weekends, and peak trading periods
  • Strong teamwork and problem-solving skills in high-pressure environments
