We're excited to announce the grand opening of AGORA Greek Cuisine, a new restaurant celebrating the rich flavors, warmth, and hospitality of Greece. Our mission is to create a welcoming atmosphere where guests can enjoy authentic Greek dishes made with fresh ingredients and genuine care.

We're looking for passionate, motivated, and friendly individuals to join our opening team as Restaurant Manager and Front of House Staff. If you love Greek food, teamwork, and providing great customer service, we'd love to meet you

Key Responsibilities (Mangaer)

  • Manage and supervise daily front-of-house and back-of-house operations.
  • Lead, train, and motivate staff to deliver outstanding customer service.
  • Oversee rostering, shift management, and staff performance.
  • Support the Head Chef and kitchen team in maintaining smooth service flow.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and workplace health standards.
  • Handle customer enquiries and resolve service issues professionally.
  • Assist in planning promotions, events, and overall business growth.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1–2 years' experience in a supervisory or management role within hospitality.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Professional presentation and attention to detail.

  • Greet and seat guests warmly
  • Take orders accurately and efficiently
  • Deliver food and beverages in a timely manner
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area

Job Types: Part-time, Casual

Pay: From $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 15 per week
