**The Company**

Here at Robert Half we are partnering with this well respected and trusted property business that strives to create homes that are stylish, functional and affordable.

**The Role**

The Pre-Site Coordinator will be actively managing the activities required throughout the pre-site phase. Being the representative to their customers, you will be responsible for providing regular communication to ensure delivery of the highest level of service.

Day to day responsibilities will include:

- Coordination of activities upon receipt of deposit through to the commencement of construction
- Providing customer relevant information about their project - updates, scheduling etc
- Greet customers for colour showroom appointments and introducing them to relevant consultants
- Input and update relevant information into computer system
- Coordinate, order, collect, manage and distribute all required related documents

**You**

To be considered for this amazing opportunity, you will possess the following:

- Solid experience in an administrative based role, within the property sector ideally
- Ability to work autonomously and make sound decisions when required
- Savvy with picking up new systems and procedures quickly
- Ability to deal with multiple tasks and responsibilities and work towards tight deadlines
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Highly organised and detail orientated
