**The Role**
Reporting to the Assistant Director, the APS 4 Site Coordinator will work within the Corporate/Site Coordinator Team, overseeing site-specific corporate, property, and accommodation services across DEWR's Victorian offices.

This dynamic position is 100% in-office based and requires a client-focused, proactive and adaptable individual who can collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders and work within changing priorities and timeframes.

This role is integral to managing and supporting DEWR’s Melbourne-based staff, ensuring effective coordination of administrative functions and implementation of corporate messages. Additionally, you will contribute to work health and safety/emergency management and promote a positive DEWR workplace culture by organising local activities.

- Manage building maintenance requests and support staff accommodation plans.
- Oversee mailbox and database management, assist with office administration (such as ordering supplies, managing resources like stationery, invoice payment and fleet), and handle meeting room bookings and minor secretarial duties.
- Assist, with direction from the Assistant Director, with development and implementation of WHS policies and emergency management plans.
- Promote an inclusive and respectful workplace by recognising and valuing diversity within the team. Support local activities that foster a positive workplace culture.
