**Your new role**
Your new role is primarily customer-focused, managing all aspects of their orders as well as undertaking general office duties. Reporting to the Office Manager, you will work closely with your team and assist with any additional tasks that may come up.

Key duties will include
- Interacting with customers and providing exceptional service
- Answering phone calls
- Processing orders, issuing credits and managing warranties
- Packing and dispatching orders
- Managing stock and couriers
