**Job Description**:
Newly created opportunity for an **IT Change Manager** to join our Group IT division where you will lead the development and implementation of change management strategies and plans across IT globally.

Reporting to the Global Head, Office of the CIO, your key focus will be to drive faster adoption, higher utilisation of changes, and proficiency with the changes that impact our employees.

**Key responsibilities include**:

- Leverage a change management methodology, process and tools to create a strategy to support adoption of the changes required by a project or initiative.
- Lead IT-wide communication and support training efforts
- Enable the design, development, delivery and management of key communications.
- Lead the development of best practice for IT change and communication activities with the wider OCIO team to develop methods, tools, guidelines, and standards in order to establish a stable framework that supports all IT workforce and stakeholders to improve productivity and velocity.
- Engage and influence teams across Toll to drive great customer and business outcomes.

**Qualifications**:
**To be successful in this role, you will need**:

- A solid understanding of how people go through a change and the change process, with experience across large-scale IT organizational change efforts
- Experience of change management principles, methodologies and tools
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to explain IT concepts and technologies to business leaders, and business concepts to the rest of IT community
- Experience developing and communicating IT operation strategy and the ability to train, mentor, coach and effectively transfer expertise to others
- Familiarity with project management approaches, tools and phases of the project lifecycle
- Change management certification - Prosci highly advantageous.
- Certification in Lean and/or Six Sigma practices equivalent preferred
