**The Opportunity**

The Field Marketing Lead will work closely with the Campaign Marketing Manager and Campaigns Team to plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across key strategic projects to deliver against commercial targets for new customer lead acquisition, family engagement and retention initiatives to provide a sector-leading family experience and achieve occupancy targets.

**The day-to-day**
- Maintain & optimise G8’s Local Area Marketing portal in field - across 430+ childcare and early learning centres, and operational teams.
- Partner with marketing, operations, procurement, and external partners to develop and execute multi-channel projects and digital products that support corporate objectives and drive demand/retention goals.
- Seek and identify opportunities for the Customer and Marketing function to grow our centres as and optimise our owned channels to drive demand, conversion and retention via a best-in-class family experience.
- Develop and execute programs within our childcare and early learning centres, tailored to our core target audiences, creating new opportunities and accelerating existing opportunities.
- Reporting and tracking to measure key success and provide progress reports and analytics on key data whilst advising on key trends.
- Collaborate and communicate effectively within cross-functional within G8’s network.

**About you**
- At least 5 years of marketing experience in executing and managing marketing campaigns and programmes through the line.
- Previous experience executing and managing a local area marketing portal is desirable but not essential.
- Demonstrated success with internal and external stakeholder management.
- Strong organisational and project management skills whilst being detailed and results orientated.
- Adaptable and agile to work in a fast-paced evolving environment
- Must be a self-starter and able to independently move projects forward, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
- Flexibility to undertake domestic travel is required
