**The Job**:
We need a Digital Marketing and Social Media expert And are currently seeking a dynamic individual to fufill this role. The role is based at our Gold Coast office and will be 2 to 3 days per week.

Our goals are to have a high performing team that works with our clients creating enriched personal relationships and assisting to build life-skills. Johnny H is different to other service providers - we provide services to clients with mild to moderate intellectual disabilities, which will assist our clients to develop greater personal and community engagement.
**What do we need from this person?**
- Manage the JohnnyH Social Media presence for all facets of the business
- Create and maintain our scheduled promotion calendar
- Monitor and administer Groups on Facebook and communication with Stakeholders
- Content and design development
- Always searching for new opportunities to grow audience and acquire new customers.
- Oversee daily management and operations of the website including loading events, content management including imagery and third party co-ordination
- Drive usage through communication to App and communication to all users

**Skills and Experience**:

- Experienced communicator with all Stakeholders in the business
- High level of empathy and strong sense of community and engagement
- Experience in leading a high-performance digital team and work within tight budgets and deadlines
- Highly effective time management and the ability to deliver to agreed timelines
- Ability to work independently at a senior level
- Proven track record working in social media or comms role with a community organisation preferred
- Understanding of social media privacy and legal requirements
- Experience working with management and design tools such as Adobe, Canva, social media platform schedulers and website CMS
- **Job Types**: Part-time, Subcontract, Freelance, Temp to perm
Part-time hours: 15 per week

**Salary**: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
