An exciting opportunity has opened up for an experienced Digital Marketing Specialist with strong Client Management and Marketing Strategy skills to join our fast growing boutique digital marketing agency here on the Gold Coast.

**What's the role?**

The role involves working closely with clients and the team to develop a marketing strategy, creating online creative content and managing paid digital advertising campaigns, including Google Ads and Facebook Advertising.

Alongside all of these superpowers, you will also be responsible for monitoring the client’s budgets and getting results. This role involves client management which will include attending client meetings, calls and follow-ups with clients and close attention to detail is key.

Other responsibilities include:

- Taking an active lead in clients’ marketing and advertising strategies
- Managing workflow with your clients and managing expectations
- Establishing timelines for campaigns and delivering end-to-end project
management, from concept development to delivery and reporting
- Promoting additional services with existing clients
- Completing projects to a specific schedule and within an agreed budget
- Delivering quality results on time and on budget while managing key stakeholder
expectations

**About you**
- 3 years + of marketing experience, preferably agency side
- Ability to write and review copy and close attention to detail is required
- An understanding of marketing strategy and the customer journey
- Strong client management skills and ability to manage multiple clients at one time (juggling is a bonus)
- Strong organizational skills to effectively manage clients, campaigns and timelines through the agency.
- Proven experience in Facebook Advertising (preferred but not required)
