**The Opportunity**

The **Marketing Coordinator** will work closely with the Marketing Leads, wider marketing team, internal G8 Stakeholders and external vendors. You will be responsible for coordinating the delivery of all marketing campaign activities and G8 project initiatives within the marketing workstream. This role will play a pivotal role in the team’s success through the development and execution of local area marketing programmes and initiatives that drive demand, conversion and retention across G8 Education’s 430+ childcare and early learning centres and 21 individual customer-facing brands across Australia.

**Your day-to-day**
- Support the marketing department's campaign and website initiatives with the planning, executing, tracking, and reporting of seasonal and project-based marketing initiatives.
- Assistance with the development and distribution of family communications.
- Provide support to Marketing Leads within Greenfield (new centre) portfolio.
- Coordinate brand activation and community events, including overseeing logistics, coordinating with vendors, creating run-sheets, and ordering marketing collateral.
- Build, form and manage relationships with external vendors, all whilst maintaining internal stakeholders’ expectations, and partnerships to ensure collaboration.

**About You**
- Ideally 2 years of experience in marketing role within a large-scale organisation
- Must have strong organisational and project management skills, as well as attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Firm grasp on various marketing platforms, channels, and best practices, online and offline
- Must be a self-starter and able to independently move projects forward, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines
- A high level of creativity
- A team player with a strong desire to learn and grow and become part of a results-oriented team
- Flexibility to undertake domestic travel if required.
