As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Operations and Sales Manager to join our team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company objectives and revenue targets. This will include the implementation of marketing material in platforms such and Instagram and LinkedIn.
- Lead and motivate a team of sales representatives to drive performance and meet sales goals.
- Oversee all aspects of operations, including client management and strategies, sales coaching, working closely with our external sales team, and developing the brand identity of the checklist group with the marketing team.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to optimize ROI and drive continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between sales, marketing, and operations departments.
- Business development to find new clients

**Requirements**:

- Experience in marketing and sales within the service based industry
- Proven experience in sales management and operations, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices.
- Proficiency in CRM software and digital marketing tools
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving targets and delivering measurable outcomes.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
