**Description**:
We have an exciting opportunity for a IT Support Officer to join our team in Sunshine North. Reporting to the Information Systems Manager, you will be responsible for IT maintenance, enhancement, and efficient operation across all IT functions. The role will also include but will not be limited to the following responsibilities:
**Responsibilities**:
Provide first point of IT Support contact for all Ausreo staff across the business, nationally with occasional visits to various sites when required
Troubleshoot technical issues to resolution and/or escalate to IT Manager/ Managed 3rd Party support as required.
Manage service desk tickets, planning and prioritising systematically to minimise backlog and ensure operational efficiency.
Ensure system and data security is maintained at a high standard, ensuring the integrity of the Ausreo network is not compromised.
Assist in the administration and support of the Local Area Network, including data management and printing facilities.
Resolution of basic security related issues.
Assist with more complex technical problems that arise and provide support.
Assist with project work as required.
Maintain Ausreo IT Assets alongside the configuration and distribution of end user equipment.

**Skills and Experiences**:
To Be Successful

Possession of or progression towards a relevant tertiary qualification and or /relevant working experience
Previous experience in providing high levels of customer service in a similar Level 1 Help Desk / IT Support role
Excellent communication skills
Eagerness to learn and grow with the organisation
The ability to manage and communicate to a broad range of clients
Experience troubleshooting Microsoft Windows, Office suite, Microsoft 365
Exposure to Microsoft Dynamics 365 is well regarded
Exposure to Microsoft Server technologies is well regarded
Understanding of networking fundamentals including network administration and network installation
Drivers Licence and own transport required
