This is your opportunity to join our passionate team as a **Recruitment Officer** to ensure that we are able to continually provide high quality support for our clients.

**What are the Key Responsibilities?**
- ** Build strong relationships**: Develop and maintain close working relationships with our leaders to understand their team dynamics, client needs, and staffing requirements.
- ** Recruitment strategy**: Create and implement tailored recruitment plans for the teams that you will be supporting.
- ** Screening and selection**: Conduct initial screening of applicants, arrange interviews, and participate in assessment centres.
- ** Talent pipeline**: Build and maintain a talent pool for future recruitment needs.
- ** Reporting and analytics**: Track recruitment metrics and provide regular reports on recruitment activities and outcomes.
**What are we looking for?**
- Proven experience in recruitment would be preferred but if you are working towards or have just graduated in Human Resources or equivalent degree, this could be a great fit for you.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to build rapport and establish relationships with stakeholders.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
- Understanding of disability support services and the NDIS is desirable.
If successful you will also be required to obtain a NDIS Worker and Working with Children clearances (we can support).
