Our client is currently seeking a Recruitment and Mobilization Officer to join their team in Brisbane CBD. In this role, you will report to the General Manager and be responsible for recruiting and mobilizing of new employees.

**Some of the key responsibilities**:

- End-to-end recruitment management
- Advertising/marketing of roles
- CRM management
- Shortlisting and reference checks
- Complete onboarding of new staff
- Book inductions and coordinate site mobilizations
- Manage employment contracts
- Pre-employment medical bookings

**What you will bring**:

- Previous experience in recruitment and onboarding and/or mobilization
- Experience working within heavy industry is essential
- High attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
