Your new company
Our client is a leading wholesale and distribution company based on the Central Gold Coast. A unique opportunity has arisen for an experienced Customer Service Administrator to join this reputable and established company.
Your new role
You will report in to the Customer Service Manager and also assist with the day to day running of business. This busy and varied role will involve:
- Maintaining relationships and ensuring clients are receiving a positive experience.
- Data entry
- Ensure orders are received and delivered on time
- Client liaison
- Managing all correspondence
- Supporting the sales representatives
- General administration support
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful you will have:
- A minimum of 12 months experience in a customer service administration role
- Experience in accounts highly regarded
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- A high level attention to detail and accuracy
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn
