**Client Service Officer (Duty Supervisor)**

The Gold Coast Recreation Precinct, **_Venue Services_** team, have a **Client Services Officer OO4 **vacancy available for an immediate start. This role is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service while ensuring a safe, fun client experience.

This role is permanent with PROGRAMMED SKILLED WORKFORCE based at the Gold Coast Recreation Precinct - Palm Beach QLD 4221.

The ordinary rate for this position is $34.54 and the roster arrangements are included below.
- Wednesday to Friday 6.00am to 4.00pm
- Saturday 7.00am to 5.00pm

Please note though, that rostering outside these hours might also be required - this will be dependent on the needs of the business.

**In this role you will be required to;**
- Lead and supervise Leisure Centre operations
- Lead and supervise Venue operations out of standard business hours
- Organise daily Client Support Officer team and tasks, including but not limited to regular hirer liaison, client service management and leading the Regular Hirers monthly booking itineraries
- Lead the Venue front of house reception team
- Deliver key client services in line with the Venues compliance requirements, including compliance with financial management policy, cash handling, client service standards,
- Conduct emergency procedures
- Oversee the safety of clients using the Leisure Centre
- Supervise Leisure Centre event management
- Lead and supervise the development and implementation of new Leisure Centre products and services

**Mandatory requirements;**
- Positive Paid Blue Card (not volunteer)
- Current First Aid and CPR Certificate

**Highly desirable.**
- Intermediate level of computer knowledge and skills
- One-year experience in a similar role with demonstrated knowledge of customer service-related delivery outcomes
- Prior experience as a Duty Manager is extremely advantageous
- Driver's license
