**The Role**:
The Hotel Asset Manager will work across a portfolio of hotels, analysing the finances and operations, and making suggestions to maximising profit and ROI.

Key Responsibilities:

- Financial Oversight & Analysis: review hotel budget/ budget/ other financial reports, financial modelling and analysis, identify key drivers and opportunities for improvement
- Market & Operational Oversight: review owner's packs and attend owners meetings, negotiate contracts across properties, analyse and track hotel delivery channels, provide market overviews
- Coordination: work closely with internal and external stakeholders

**Skills and Experience**:

- Excellent budgetting, forecasting, and analytical skills
- Experience as a financial controller within a hotel group highly relevant
- Ability to solve complex issues
