This role offers excellent exposure to institutional-grade assets and the opportunity to work with family officers and institutional investors.Key ResponsibilitiesFinancial Analysis & ReportingPrepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for assigned propertiesDevelop and maintain financial models and cash flow projectionsConduct variance analysis and provide commentary on performance metricsSupport budgeting and forecasting processesAssist in preparation of investor reporting packagesAsset Performance MonitoringMonitor key performance indicators (KPIs) including occupancy, rental rates, and NOIConduct market research and competitive analysisPrepare property performance dashboards and presentationsInvestment AnalysisSupport due diligence processes for acquisitions and dispositionsAssist in valuation analysis and investment committee presentationsConduct comparable property analysis and market studiesSupport business plan development and implementationClient & Stakeholder ManagementParticipate in client meetings and property inspectionsCoordinate with property management teams on operational mattersSupport investor relations activitiesMaintain business development activity plan; Assist with proposalsStrong analytical and excel modelling skills exposure to STR and HotStats market toolsRequirementsBachelor's degree in real estate, Finance, Business, Economics, or related field1-3 years of experience in real estate, investment banking, or financial analysis (fresh graduates with strong academic credentials and relevant internships considered)Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modelingFamiliarity with real estate financial concepts (NOI, Cap Rates, IRR, NPV)Strong analytical and quantitative skillsExcellent written and verbal communication in EnglishDetail-oriented with ability to manage multiple prioritiesWillingness to travel within Australia and New Zealand as requiredKnowledge of Australian key hotel markets preferredLocation: On-site –Sydney, NSWIf this job description resonates with you, we encourage you to apply even if you don't meet all of the requirements.  We're interested in getting to know you and what you bring to the tableJLL Privacy NoticeJones Lang LaSalle (JLL), together with its subsidiaries and affiliates, is a leading global provider of real estate and investment management services.
