Hotel Manager - The Henson Park Hotel

Henson Park Hotel is a proudly family-owned, community-focused hotel known for great food, cold beer, and a welcoming atmosphere. We are seeking a motivated and experienced Hotel Manager to lead our team and take our venue to the next level.

About the Role:

As Hotel Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the hotel, driving business performance, and ensuring a high standard of customer experience. You will lead and mentor a passionate team, deliver on operational goals, and foster the positive, community-driven culture that makes our venue unique.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all aspects of venue operations, including bar, kitchen, and functions
  • Lead, train, and inspire staff to deliver exceptional service
  • Manage budgets, rostering, and stock control to achieve financial targets
  • Maintain compliance with all licensing, safety, and hospitality regulations
  • Build strong relationships with customers, staff, and the local community

About You:

  • Proven experience in a management role within hospitality (pub or venue preferred)
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
  • A passion for food, sport, beer, and the pub experience
  • Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills
  • Hands-on approach and a willingness to work across all areas of the business
