General Hotel manager who will be required to direct Bar, Gaming, Retail, Accommodation, and Bistro staff along with the Security team. venue safety, responsible service of alcohol, and responsible gambling. Conducted regular staff training development programs to enhance customer service and maintain high levels of staff morale. Maintaining the budget and financial performance of the hotel and bar ensuring that expenses were within budget and revenue targets were met.
