Sonnel is on the lookout for a dynamic General Manager and Assistant General Manager to take the reins at one of North Sydney’s most iconic venues — where bold leadership, vibrant culture, and unforgettable guest experiences come standard.

Firehouse Hotel is our newest addition to the Sonnel Hospitality Group, which owns and operates multiple venues throughout Sydney. While we’ve been established in the hotel industry for over 30 years, we’re always expanding — creating ongoing career development and promotion opportunities for those who show positive intent, respect, and a willingness to learn.

Located in the heart of North Sydney, this 1895 heritage-listed fire station has been transformed into a stylish, two-level venue with a reputation for excellence.

**What You’ll be Responsible For**
- Foster a culture of excellence, safety, and guest satisfaction.
- Inspire and manage a high performing hospitality team.
- Drive venue performance through strategic planning and hands-on leadership.
- Maintain compliance and uphold brands standards across all touchpoints.
- Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth service delivery.

**What You Bring to the Table**
- You are a motivational leader who encourages and develops the team to ensure an exceptional customer experience each time.
- Minimum of 5 years of management experience in a similar role with a strong knowledge of managing day-to-day operations of a venue with strong and complex trade
- Understanding of financials, rostering, and operational efficiencies.
- You thrive in fast paced environments and lead your team with confidence.
