**Position: Disability Support Worker (Male)**
**Location: Australia (Smithfield Plains)**
**Employment Type: Casual**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide person-centred support tailored to the individual needs and preferences of clients
- Assist with daily living activities, personal care, and mobility support
- Engage clients in social activities, community outings, and therapy sessions
- Support clients in achieving their personal goals and fostering independence
- Collaborate with a team of professionals to ensure the best outcomes for clients
- Maintain accurate documentation of client progress and activities

**Requirements**:

- Must be an Australian male with the right to work in Australia
- Minimum of 3 years of experience working with individuals with disabilities
- Certificate III/IV in Disability or relevant qualification
- Valid First Aid/CPR certification and Working with Children Check (WWCC)
- National Police Check (NPC) or willing to obtain one
- NDIS Clearance Check
- A genuine passion for supporting people with disabilities to live fulfilling lives
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

**How to Apply**:
**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $30.00 - $33.00 per hour

Expected hours: 48 - 72 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Afternoon shift
- Evening shift
- Morning shift

**Experience**:

- Disability Support Workers: 1 year (required)

Licence/Certification:

- First Aid Certification (preferred)
- Working with Children Check (preferred)
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (preferred)
- National Police Certificate (preferred)
- Driver Licence (required)

Work Location: In person

Expected Start Date: 27/10/2024
