**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide support and assistance to the client in daily activities.
- Utilize effective communication strategies to de-escalate situations.
- Implement behavior management plans as directed by the care team.
- Maintain a safe and supportive environment for the client.
- Document incidents and progress accurately.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience working with individuals with challenging behaviors.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to remain calm and composed in stressful situations.
- Relevant qualifications in Disability Support, Social Work, or similar fields (preferred).

Pay: $33.00 - $38.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 - 32 per week
