We offer a variety of services, including **community access, assistance with daily living & self-care, community nursing, support coordination, specialist coordination, SIL housing, SDA, respite, cleaning, and yard maintenance**. **Key Responsibilities**

As a Support Worker, you will be responsible for:

- Supporting clients with daily living activities, including **personal care, hygiene, meal preparation, shopping, and laundry**.
- Accompanying participants on planned outings and recreational activities.
- Resourcing and creating meaningful, engaging activities.
- Administering, recording, and ordering medications.
- Maintaining progress notes, incident reports, daily records, and other necessary documentation.
- Assisting with domestic tasks.
- Handling complex or challenging situations calmly and rationally.

**Qualifications and Requirements**
- **Criminal History Check** (must be less than 6 months old)
- **Current NDIS Worker Screening** and **Blue Card**:

- **Current First Aid** and **CPR certificates**:

- **Own vehicle** with comprehensive insurance and **unrestricted Australian Driver’s Licence**:

- Industry-related Certificate
- **Availability**: Regular shifts, including weekends, sleepovers, and public holidays
- Completion of the **NDIS Worker Orientation Module**
