We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Field Coordinator.

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the day-to-day operations
- Ensure that all activities are carried out in a safe and efficient manner
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure that all goals and objectives are met
- Manage and supervise a team of technicians and engineers
- Ensure that all maintenance and repairs are carried out on time and within budget
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders including customers, suppliers, and regulatory bodies
- Ensure that all reporting requirements are met in a timely and accurate manner
- Provide regular updates on the performance of the solar farm to the management team
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and implement necessary changes

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong leadership skills and experience managing a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively
- Knowledge of solar power systems and related equipment
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
